Attitude of Gratitude

“If you concentrate on what you have, you’ll always have more.  If you concentrate on what you don’t have you’ll never have enough.”

Being grateful for the things we have pays dividends in our lives.  Today I’m grateful for what I have, the people I see every day, the little things and the moments of smiles, even the hardships and I’m grateful for the learning opportunities.  Negativity sells, it overrides us, they say it takes 5-6 positive things to make up for every negative thing.  I’m grateful for the positive things that are said at home, the positive feelings, the laughter and I’m even grateful for the tears that show our passions and our pains.  Knowing our passions and our pain helps us identify what matters.  So we can visualize more of the best of what we have, not visualizing what we don’t have but really looking close at what we have and magnifying it.  That’s what i’m grateful for today is the big and small of what my life is full of.
